A U.S. Army Vietnam veteran, Wayne has been the owner and president since the company was formed in 1992. Wayne has extensive real estate industry experience in addition to his current role as president and lead appraiser, including 7 years as a mortgage originator and a licensed Georgia real estate agent.

Wayne currently serves on the board of directors of Atlanta Business Bank, a local community bank which he helped form in 2001. Atlanta Business Bank has a focus on servicing the small to medium size businesses and professional corporations in the Atlanta area.
