Hal Mulkey is an FHA-Approved, Certified Residential Appraiser with over 20 years of experience in the appraisal industry. An Atlanta native, Hal is a graduate of Georgia State University where he received a BBA in Management.  Employed with Kaiser Mitsch & Associates since its inception, he has performed numerous appraisals on all types of single family residences, as well as multi-family residences with his specialty being condominium developments and custom estate homes within the Metro Atlanta area.

Currently Hal is the Senior Appraiser with the firm and coordinates all appraisal assignments for the staff appraisers; performs reviews for the registered appraisers; aids in training new appraisers; and assists all clients with appraisal issues and concerns.
