Although I was born in Maryland and have lived in several states and Germany, I consider Atlanta my home. No other place has held the allure that Atlanta has on me. I’m proud to say that I’ve been witness to the resurgence of some of the city’s best neighborhoods, from the Highlands to Little 5 Points and into Decatur. I look at every property like a kid in a candy store – I can’t wait to see what’s behind the door!
After graduating from Georgia State University in 1994 I worked for a newspaper until 2002, when I discovered a passion for appraising. Though the decision was difficult, and the uncertainty of beginning a new career stressful, I have no doubt that the choice I made was the right one.
As a state licensed real estate appraiser, I have over 5000 appraisal hours to my credit in both Georgia and Texas. Originally licensed in March 2002, I traveled to Texas, where I gained immeasurable experience appraising single family residential properties and small residential income properties. After returned to Georgia in 2004, I became an FHA approved appraiser and joined the team at Kaiser, Mitsch and Associates. While at KMA, I have made it my mission to produce quality appraisals while delivering excellent customer service.
